Use of our services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.Slice-Up Terms is a legally binding agreement between you and Slice-Up representatives.By using Slice-Up (“Services”, “Service”, “Our Service”) you are indicating that you have read these terms of use and our privacy policy and you understand, and you consent to be bound by, all the terms and conditions of the agreement. These terms of use set forth your rights and obligation with respect to your use of any version of Slice-Up. If you do not agree to all of the terms contained in these Terms, you shall not use Our Services.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, in no event shall Slice-Up, its representatives, its owners or its future parent or affiliated companies, be liable to you for any personal injury, property damage, lost profits, cost of substitute goods or services, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer and/or device or technology failure or malfunction or for any form of direct or indirect special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages based on any causes of action arising out of use of the website or any alleged failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in service, operation, or transmission of the websites, or any alleged unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of or posting of any record, content, or technology, pertaining to or on the websites. If applicable law does not allow all or any part of the above limitation of liability to apply to you, the limitations will apply to you only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Slice-Up is a service offered “AS IS”. Slice-Up, its representatives, its owners, or its future parent or affiliated companies makes no other warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all implied warranties. We disclaim any and all liability of any kind for any unauthorized access to or use of your personally identifiable information. By accessing the website, you acknowledge and agree to our disclaimer of any such liability. If you do not agree, you shall not access or use the websites.
Intellectual Property Rights
​You acknowledge that the content of Slice-Up is subjected to copyright and accordingly you shall ensure that the Slice-Up is used solely for your research, reference and/or purposes and may not be copied, reproduced, rebroadcast or commercially exploited in all or any part.
The site and all of their content, feature, and functionalities (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Slice-Up, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These terms of use grant you a personal, non-exclusive non-transferable, non shareable, revocable license to access and use the sites. You may access the material on the site only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material copies in RAM or the cache of your internet browser, and for features of the sites.
Intellectual Property of Design Files
The design files upload and/or download using Slice-Up (included but not limited to any .dxf, .3dm or .gcode files) are your own. We do not store or access them in any way. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you use such files in compliance with any law or regulation that you and/or your intended use may be subjected to. Slice-Up is not responsible in any way for the use that you do of such files.
Membership
Account credentials are individual and unique and shall not be shared with any other person. It is your responsibility to keep log-in information secure. You shall not share log-in information with anyone, for any reason or purpose, unless explicitly authorized in writing by Slice-Up or its representatives. In all other circumstances, sharing of log-in information constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Termination
You are free to stop using our Services at any time. SLICE-UP, ITS REPRESENTATIVES, OR ANY FUTURE PARENT OR AFFILIATED COMPANY also reserve the right to suspend or end the Service at any time at our discretion and without notice.
General
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms, which will always be at slice-up.org/tos, will govern our relationship with you. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms
